Cancellation Policy
The customer can cancel the order within 12 hours of checkout. After 12 hours, no connotation request will be accepted. The cancellation request will also not be entertained in case the item has been shipped.
Product Replacement
We provide a replacement guarantee for the item under certain conditions, as mentioned below:
- The product delivered is damaged
- The packaging is tempered
- The shipping deadline has been missed
- The plant is infected
- The product has expired
The buyers must initiate product return within 3 days of receiving the product, post which no request will be accepted. The replacement will be initiated within 24 hours of receiving and confirming the request. Our product delivery procedures are guided by the Shipping Policy provided on the website.
Return Policy
The return request must be made within 30 days of receiving the item. The return provisions will be subject to certain conditions.
- Item delivered to the wrong address
- The product has been damaged
- The plant is infected or in a non-recoverable form
- Product not in the same condition as exhibited on the website.
The customer must adhere to the following points before initiating item return.
- The item must remain unused and in pristine form.
- It must be in the original packaging.
