We ship our products through the registered courier companies to ensure careful handling and safe deliveries. Our delivery schedule aligns with the working days of the concerned courier service. The expected delivery time is 5-7 days, depending on your location. Anyone present at the delivery address can collect the item.
The receiver needs to sign the delivery receipt to ensure the delivery has been made to the correct address. Please mention the correct postal address, zip code, and contact details for convenient shipping. Our delivery partners make 3 delivery attempts for the order. After that, the delivery will be cancelled, and no refunds will be provided for the order.
In case you find the package torn or damaged, please take a picture of it and send it to us with the order ID at info@gardyna.net. Our refunds and returns are governed by our Refund Policy.

Address Modification
We allow changes in the address before the product has been shipped. Once the shipping process has been initiated, no modification of address or contact details will be accepted. For any urgent changes in delivery address or contact, please contact our team at support@gardyna.net.

International Consignments
The international orders are shipped and charged based on the prevailing exchange rates and the shipping agencies available in the concerned country. The duties and taxes applicable to your item to be shipped crossborders is not included in the order details. The buyer needs to pay these duties and taxes directly to the shipping agency while receiving the product.
